Russia May Deploy Arctic Radar Station Due to US Subs

The global news RT reported today that Moscow is looking to add early detection elements to a radar detection station due to the US nuclear submarines off the Northern coast of Norway, and use the detection to further understand the Arctic for increasing Russian border protection.
